"Joseph's Colorful Coat", one of my first quilted pieces, has the shape of clothing, though it is not wearable art. It is a fake coat, only the sleeves are backed. But it is a story cloth, episodes from the Joseph story are illustrated by symbols and scenes. In the end, the coat received a "blood-soaking", made of acrylic paint and spilt onto the ready-sewn piece. To read the full story, please click here.
The project contained paintings, too. It all started with a water color. Two acrylic/oil paintings followed.
