Korak piecing is fun. Printing one own fabrics is fun. But I start having doubts that both together have satisfying results. I'm not sure. Tell me: Is it a disadvantage if the pattern gets lost to this degree? I wonder should I mix my self-printed fabrics with more solids? I'm in an utterly experimental phase.  |

And what about my latest project?
The connections of the big nine patch are done, connecting 9 nine-patches and separating them with small squares. For a bed quilt, I found out I will need 7x10 patches. Nine of seventy! Will I be able to do that? But what can you do with a 24x24" quilt? To continue is my fate.

the pattern getting lost creates new interesting patterns. i have a book on korak but have yet to try it.
i am always in the experimental stage. ha!

I love the chaos of color in the block! Your fabrics are absolutely wonderful. Not sure I would have been able to cut into them,Ha! Good experimenting!!
