A Lap Quilt

Either I'm more ambitious than I used to be or I can't make up my mind to forget about right angles altogether. I should accept that skewed is a style. It is a lap quilt, made by a half-blind granny while riding on top of a pioneer waggon (no table, no ruler, no road) who never quilted, before she reached the new world on a ship called "The Inter-Nette".

Ha, look dear Eva, that's exactly why I am not an artist and YOU are!!!!
Art certainly does not have to be right angled and straight cornered, that certainly is not in the definition of art!
My squares always match and my lines are never crooked - that makes a good crafts person - which is fine too, I guess!
YOU are a very talented creative courageous and unique artist!

...wiggly and wonky are good!...

...enjoy the surprises that they can add to your work :-)

.....and as my husband would say "And that's my story and I'm sticking to it, so there!".

I love the wonkiness....just adds to the charm!
